Hi! I'm Martijn, founder and owner of Special Football Shirts. My only flaw in life is that I'm obsessed by football shirts and I wanted to share this passion with other people. And of course make some money out of it to cover the costs of this very expensive hobby.
That's why I created Special Football Shirts in 2018. Mostly as an online store, but later also with a small physical store in the center of Haarlem and in 2022 the first pop-up store in the centre of Amsterdam, which was a huge success.
I've gotten to know so many people in the community and have been blessed with an ever-growing, loyal customer base.

Over the years football shirts have become more and more popular. As a vintage collector's item, but definitely also as a fashion item.
So besides the store for classic and vintage football shirts that it has always been, Special Football Shirts also focusses more and more on modern, unique and above all (of course) special shirts.

POP-UP STORE
In October 2022 we hosted the first pop-up store, right in the centre of Amsterdam.
For one week there was the chance to browse (and buy) hundreds of classic, vintage, rare and also new football shirts.
It was a huge success and above all a lot of fun. So I am pleased to announce that the pop-up will return again in October 2023!
